Data Collection

This page summarizes how data is handled when you use CogFoundry services, including LoomLoom. It is not a replacement for the full Privacy Policy, last updated June 30, 2026. If this summary differs from the policy, the policy controls.

Data you provide

Depending on the service and account flow, CogFoundry may process:

• account and contact information;
• organization, billing, payment, or verification information;
• support requests and other communications;
• Marketplace and creator information;
• Customer Content, including prompts, uploaded files, workbook data, workflow specifications, tool calls, API payloads, outputs, artifacts, and execution metadata.

Complete payment-card details are handled by the relevant payment provider rather than stored by CogFoundry as complete card records.

Data collected during use

CogFoundry may collect the operational data required to provide and protect the service, such as:

• authentication and session information;
• selected services and models;
• API, token, Credit, rate-limit, and execution usage;
• run status, error, reliability, and security logs;
• device and network information;
• necessary and preference cookie data.

The policy states that the current launch stage does not use optional analytics or advertising trackers. This can change only as described in an updated policy or consent flow.

Why data is processed

Data is processed to:

• operate accounts and provide LoomLoom workflows;
• route Customer Content to selected models, APIs, or tools;
• return outputs, result workbooks, and artifacts;
• estimate and settle usage, Credits, and Marketplace transactions;
• verify identity or ownership where required;
• prevent abuse and maintain security, reliability, and support;
• meet legal obligations and deliver service notices.

Model training

CogFoundry does not train CogFoundry models or third-party models on Customer Content unless the user or organization explicitly authorizes it. Third-party providers selected by or required for a workflow may process Customer Content under their own terms, data-processing agreements, and account configuration. See Provider Logging.

Your choices and rights

The full Privacy Policy describes retention, international transfers, security measures, regional privacy rights, requests for access or deletion, and contact methods. It also states that CogFoundry does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
